"HKS" Stainless Steel Pipe and Fitting shall be used in potable water supply system for above and below ground used with jointing method “PET-JOINT” compression fittings,“KENLOK” grooved end fittings and screw threaded fittings. Systems should provide maximum working pressure 30&20 bar respectively.

Size : OD 15mm ~ OD54mm (compression fitting)

Ø All stainless steel pipes shall be complied with BSEN10312 series1 & 2 light gauge in grade 304 / 316, ranging from OD15mm up to and including OD54mm.

Ø All stainless steel fittings as “PET-JOINT” shall be compression joint complying with BSEN10312 series1 & 2 light gauge in grade 304 / 316. All compression fittings should be equipped with stainless steel nuts, silicone gasket and NBR O-rings. Silicone gasket should be complied with BS 6920

Ø Pipes and fittings shall be manufactured in the nominal sizes of 15, 22, 28, 35, 42 and 54mm.

 Size : OD65mm ~ OD300mm (grooved fitting)

Ø All stainless steel pipes shall be comply with BSEN 10217-7 stainless steel pipe in grade 304 / 316 ranging from size 65mm up to and including size 300mm

Ø All stainless steel fittings as “KENLOK” shall be grooved end joint complying with BSEN 10217-7 stainless steel pipe in grade 304 / 316. All grooved end fittings should be equipped with stainless steel couplings, bolts & nuts and silicone gasket. Silicone gasket and stainless steel bolts & nuts should be complied with BS 6920 and BS EN ISO 3506-1&2.

Ø Pipes and fittings shall be manufactured in the nominal sizes of 65, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300mm.

 Size : 1/2" ~ 4" (screw threaded fitting)

Ø All stainless steel pipes shall be comply with BS6362 stainless steel pipe in grade 304 / 316 ranging from size 1/2" to 4".

Ø All stainless steel fittings shall be threaded end complying with ISO 4144 in grade 304 / 316.  

Ø Pipes and fittings shall be manufactured in the nominal sizes of 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80 and 100mm.

General :

Ø All pipes shall be manufactured in length of 5.8m and may be cut to a required length accordingly to the user's requirement.

Ø All hot water supply stainless steel pipes shall be completed with a factory applied PE+FORM coating in grade 304 / grade 316.

Ø All stainless steel pipes and fittings shall be approved by WRAS of UK and Water Supplies Department of Hong Kong for the intended application.
